How to Use This Tool
This creator helps you build a visual connection between your emotions and your physical self. The process is simple and mindful:
- Scan Your Body: Quiet your mind and gently bring your awareness through your body, from your feet to your crown.
- Focus on a Region: When you notice a distinct sensation, select the corresponding Body Region button.
- Identify the Emotion: Consider the feeling. Is it hope in your chest? Worry in your stomach? Click the Emotion button that best fits.
- Build Your Map: Repeat this process. Each dot you place adds to a unique snapshot of your inner world.
How to Interpret Your Sticker
Your finished Mandala is a personal piece of art. It's a non-judgmental reflection of your inner landscape at this moment. Here are a few ways to look at it:
- Location & Hotspots: Where do your feelings live? Notice which regions have the most dots. These are the areas where your body is communicating with you most clearly.
- Color & Energy: The color of each dot indicates the emotional spectrum: Blue for high frequency, Gray for neutral/resistant, Yellow for lower frequency, and Red for very low frequency. Notice the dominant colorsβwhat might that say about your current state?
- Pattern & Flow: Look at the whole design. Is it clustered in one area or spread out? Does it feel balanced or chaotic? There are no right or wrong answers, only points for reflection.
